Caddx Vista / Nebula Kit is not new and looks used as it has some solder on the connections
If you receive a Caddx vista kit (be it the vista air unit on its own, the vista kit, or vista + nebula pro / nebula nano kit), you may open it up to notice that some of the connections have already been tinned.
Do not worry as this is entirely normal so have some solder / pre tinned connectors as this is part of the production process where Caddx test the units manually before sending them out. This will not affect your warranty or return rights in any way.
This is not just something we are saying to try get away with selling used units many users from around the world have shared the same concerns.
See this reddit thread
If you are not happy about this, you are welcome to return the unit back to us as per our returns policy. But if you wold like us to swap it for another unit, we will not be able to do this as the replacement will likely have the same issue of pre-tinned connections on the vista unit.
Caddx vista air units sometimes arrive with tinned solder connections from the factory
