Sorry to hear this!
There's a few things to check and test;
1) Reflash the firmware to the latest version and re-test (even if the latest version is already installed) - Be sure to have airflow over the unit to avoid overheating!
2) Check the antennas, antenna connector and any visible part of the vista PCB for visible damage or issues
3) Ensure that you're using the "Player" channels in the DJI goggles and not the "Audience" channels.
4) Ensure that the goggles and air unit are running the same firmware version#
5) Ensure the goggles and air unit are running the same polarisation of antenna (either LHCP or RHCP)
6) If possible, try powering the vista directly from the battery (only if using 2-6S packs!)
If none of the above provide any help to fixing the issue, please send through some clear images of the wiring and (if possible, I understand it may not be) a short video showing the issue, and we will reach out to the manufacturer to try and get this resolved for you ASAP. I do apologise for this hassle, and hope to have it sorted for you soon!
If you have any questions or concerns please do feel free to ask :)
