Can't Log In To Your Account? Here's What To Do
Problem
You may be experiencing difficulty logging into your account. This article covers several possible reasons and solutions.
Possible Causes and Solutions:
Account May Require Reactivation (For Less Active Accounts):
- Why This Might Be Happening: To keep our system running smoothly, we periodically clean up accounts that haven't been used in a very long time. Don't worry, your order information is always kept safe!
Solution:
- Create a New Account: Go to the "My Account" page and create a new account using the same email address you used previously. You'll find the registration link there.
- Check Your Order History: Once logged in with your new account, go to the "My Account" area and then "Orders". Your past orders should automatically appear.
- If Orders Are Missing: If you don't see your old orders, please contact our customer support team. Provide your original email address and any details you remember about your past orders (order numbers, dates, products purchased, etc.). We'll quickly link your order history to your new account.
Forgotten Password:
- Why This Is Happening: You may have forgotten your password.
Solution:
Incorrect Email Address:
- Why This Is Happening: You might be entering an incorrect email address.
Solution:
- Double-check the spelling of your email address.
- Try any other email addresses you may have used in the past.
- If you're unsure which email address you used, and you have order confirmation emails from Unmanned Tech, check those emails to see which address they were sent to.
Typo in Password:
- Why This Is Happening: A simple typing error can prevent you from logging in.
Solution:
- Carefully re-enter your password, making sure Caps Lock is off.
- Consider copying and pasting your password from a secure password manager (if you use one).
Account Not Yet Activated:
- Why This Is Happening: When you first create an account, you may need to activate it via a confirmation email.
Solution:
- Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an activation email from Unmanned Tech.
- Click the activation link in the email.
- If you can't find the activation email, contact customer support to request a new one.
Browser Issues (Less Common):
- Why This Is Happening: Sometimes, browser extensions or cached data can interfere with the login process.
Solution:
- Try a different web browser (e.g., if you're using Chrome, try Firefox or Edge).
- Try using an "Incognito" or "Private Browsing" window.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies. (Instructions for doing this vary by browser; search online for "[your browser name] clear cache and cookies").
- Temporarily disable any browser extensions that might interfere with websites (ad blockers, script blockers, etc.).
Account Locked:
- Why this is happening: Too many incorrect login attempts may have temporarily locked your account.
Solution:
- Wait for 30 minutes, then try logging in again.
- If this does not work, try resetting your password, as per point 2.
