Changing Your Delivery Preferences (Safe Space / Neighbour delivery Opt-Out)
For convenience, many couriers will attempt to deliver to a neighbour if they are unable to deliver to your address for any reason. However, for some, this can cause problems. If for any reason you need to, you can change your delivery preferences for DPD, UPS, and Royal Mail at the links below. Please note that some of these services may require you to download an app or create an account:

It's recommended to use these services, in combination with any services available via the tracking page of your shipment, to have more control over where your delivery may be left - especially if there's any risk your shipment may not be retrievable if it's delivered to either a safe space or your neighbour. With the above services, you can have some peace of mind that the only person that'll receive your shipment, is you.
