Collection Service (Click and Collect)

Important: We Do Not Accept Unscheduled Visits, If you request your order to be collected, it may not always be possible to do this in the timeframe you require.

1. All collections must be pre-arranged and confirmed by our team
2. Please do not arrive at our warehouse without prior confirmation
3. We reserve the right to refuse entry to customers without appointments
   

Collection Process

1. Place your order on our website
2. Use our Order Modification Request service, available via the "Modify your order" button on our homepage, or on your account screen
3. Submit your collection request - this automatically places your order on hold so we do not ship it out.
4. Clearly state in your request that you wish to collect from Milton Keynes
5. Our team will contact you with a confirmed collection time (usually within a few hours)
6. Only visit our warehouse at your designated collection slot
   

Required Documentation

Valid photo ID is mandatory for order collection

We may not be able to release your order without proper identification

Please bring your ID with you to avoid any delays or issues

Please Note

1. Our warehouse is not set up for browsing or shopping, so please do not visit without an appointment
2. Staff are not available to assist unexpected visitors
3. Collections are only possible during confirmed time slots beforehand
4. We may not be able to accommodate same-day collection requests
5. We are working on improving our collection service for the future
