Faulty or Damaged Batteries - Request Info from Customer

Faulty or Damaged Batteries - Request Info from Customer

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your battery. We understand how frustrating this can be and we're here to help.

Safety First:

If you suspect your battery is faulty, please DO NOT use or attempt to charge it. This is crucial for your safety and to preserve any potential warranty claim.

Reporting Window:

To ensure we can provide you with the best possible support, we kindly ask that you report any battery issues within 7 days of receiving your order. This timeframe allows us to work most effectively with our manufacturers on your behalf.

If you're reaching out to us after this 7-day period, please don't worry – we're still here to help. As a gesture of goodwill, we'll gladly submit a warranty request to the manufacturer on your behalf. However, please understand that because batteries are considered consumable items, approvals for replacements beyond the 7-day window may be limited. Rest assured, we'll do our utmost to advocate for you and find the best possible resolution, regardless of when the issue is reported.

What we need from you:

To help us resolve this issue for you, please provide the following as soon as possible:

  1. Your order number and the specific battery model you ordered.
  2. A clear photo showing the individual cell voltages of the battery (ideally all in a single photo using your battery voltage tester).
  3. If applicable a photo of the battery's barcode/QR code.

Please reply to this message with the required information. Once we receive these details, we'll assess the situation and work with the manufacturer to determine the best solution, which may be a refund or replacement, depending on their policy and stock levels.

Important Notes:

  • LiPo batteries are considered consumable items and don't carry the same warranty as our other products.
  • For your safety, if the battery is damaged, please dispose of it properly at your earliest convenience. Do not ship damaged batteries, as couriers cannot accept them due to safety risks.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Our goal is to ensure you have a safe and satisfactory product. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to ask.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
