How Can I Cancel or Modify My Order?

At Unmanned Tech, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. This means that once an order enters our processing stage, cancellations or modifications become challenging. However, we offer solutions for customers who need to make changes before processing begins.

How to Modify or Cancel Your Order

Use the "Modify your order" Tool avalable on our home page, or in your account section.
  • Navigate to: https://www.unmannedtechshop.co.uk/modify-your-order/ and enter your order number
  • This will then allow you to request any order changes or cancel your order.
  • You can only cancel or request changes to your order before we start processing it, so if the system blocks you, then its no longer possible to change/cancel the order.
  • Please note, that if you need to make any changes to your order, there may be a delay in dispatching your order same day, so please only proceed to do this if you are happy for any possible delays.

What If My Order Has Already Shipped?

If we've already processed and shipped your order:

  1. You can return the item(s) under our Change Of Mind terms
  2. Initiate a return at: https://www.unmannedtechshop.co.uk/returns/
  3. Select "Unwanted / Change of Mind Returns" > "Start Your Return"
