How can I view and download an invoice for my order

Once an order has been placed on our website you can easily download a PDF invoice of your order for your own record keeping.

A PDF invoice is sent when your order is sent out.

The email confirmation about your order will include the PDF invoice as an attachment, so the best way to get your invoice is to check your mailbox for this.  However, if you cannot find this email you can always log into our website to obtain your invoice in "my account" section as shown below.

How to download and view the invoice for an order.

  1. Log into your account on our website - https://www.unmannedtechshop.co.uk/my-account/orders/
  2. On the order screen you will see a list of your recent orders.
  3. Click the Invoice button to download PDF invoice of your order.

I need to make a change to the information on the invoice

We can only modify shipping/billing information on your invoice if the order has the status of draft, pending payment, or on hold. 
Once payment has been accepted the invoice can no longer be adjusted (expect for modifying item quantities on the order)

I did not receive an order confirmation email

We will send an order confirmation to the email address entered during checkout (or your account email).  The email will be sent from @unmannedtechshop.co.uk and it may go to your updates, promotions or spam folders depending on your email client.

If you entered the incorrect email address during checkout, then you will obviously not be able to receive the invoice via email.  If this is the case, we will need you to contact us and provide us with the full delivery address, exact order amount and payment date the order was made.  We need this information for privacy reasons.  You can find the exact order amount and the payment date via your bank statement, or PayPal account.

We will then be able to manually find your order and send you the VAT invoice.
