How to upload large images/videos too big to attach to emails (imgur.com)
The best way to send us photos or videos is upload the images to a free service such as imgur.com, steamable.com. This is usefull if your file sare over the maximum file attachment size (which is usually around 25mb for most email providers)
Both are free services and do not require you to register account. The media uploaded will be deleted if not accessed for 3-6 months. Alternatively you can also upload to facebook/youtube or other platforms and share thee link privately to us.
How to send us Photos/Videos via Imgur
- Go to imgur.com or streamable.com - Imgur is preferable and the rest of this guide is for imgur.
- Upload your videos and photos
- Once the images and videos are uploaded you can give your album a title and also add any captions if you want to make it easier for us to understand what each image is about.
- Click the hidden button so that your post will be accessible only via the unique URL.
- Send us the URL in your email reply and we will get back to you with an answer
