How can I view and use my store credit?

If we have issued you with store credit (refunding orders, faulty goods, item exchanges) you will receive an email letting you know.  However if you lost the email you will still be able to see all of the store credit available on your account by logging into our store as shown below:

How to view your store credit

  1. Log into your account page - https://www.unmannedtechshop.co.uk/my-account/
  2. If you have store credit you will see a message saying that you have store credit available:
  3. You will now go to the store credit page, which shows a list of store credit coupons you have and the amount of credit remaining on them.  Select the coupon you wish to use and copy it for use during checkout.
  4. Now enter the coupon code during checkout to take that amount off your order. 
 If you store credit coupon is more than the order value you will be able ot use the remaining credit on a future order
