My Nvidia Jetson board is not working, how can I return it or get help
The Nvidia Jetson developer boards are not considered consumer products, so the scope of support is slightly different to our normal consumer product ranges. Buy using such developer products you are acknowledge that you know what you are doing. We cannot offer any technical support when it comes to any of the software, or custom code running on the board.
If you believe you have an issue with your board, please double check all the software and settings in your customer code to ensure that is not the cause of the issue. Nvidia have a very high manufacturing standard so it is very unlikely that your board will have a fault out of the box. If you are stick you are welcome to contact us as one of us may be able to offer some advice.
Where can I get technical support for my Nvidia Jetson product?
I believe my board has a fault, can I return it
If you believe that your Jetson product is defective, please contact the NVIDIA Customer Care team. We will help you troubleshoot your issue and process a replacement if it is found to be defective.
- Go to this link.
- Select "Live Chat" option to chat online with one of Nvidia's customer care agents.
- Enter your contact information.
- Select the "Jetson" from the product drop-down list.
- Submit the request.
However to save abit of time you may want to first try a few things that we find are common causes of faults.
- Make sure your Jetson board is getting sufficient power (see datasheet for the specific Jetson board you are using for power requirements)
- Make sure you are using a high quality SD card, and you should try to reflash the official Jetson image
My board is in brand new condition, can I return it back to Unmanned Tech?
