Important Note

If your PayPal transaction shows as complete on your PayPal account, but still appears as "On Hold" in our system, please contact Unmanned Tech support immediately. Provide your order number and PayPal transaction ID so we can investigate and resolve this discrepancy.

Q: Can Unmanned Tech release the hold?

A: No, only PayPal can release the hold. We have no control over this process.

Q: Will this delay my order?

A: Yes, we can only ship your order once PayPal releases the funds.

Q: Can I cancel my order and use a different payment method?

A: Yes, you can contact our customer support team to cancel the order and place a new one with a different payment method.  However on some occasions we may not be able to cancel the order if Paypal prevent us from doing so.

Q: Does this mean there's a problem with my PayPal account?

A: Not necessarily. PayPal holds are often routine security measures and don't always indicate an account issue.

If the hold lasts longer than 3 business days:
