SpeedyBee ESC V2 and V2.1 Issues - Firmware Update
Some early versions of the SpeedyBee ESC V2 and SpeedyBee ESC V2.1 have a firmware bug that can cause one or more motors to behave strangely. This applies to BLheli_32 firmware version before 32.82 The fix will be included with the next release of BLheli_32 firmware but if you have any Speedybee V2 or V2.1 ESC we highly suggest you upgrade your firmware ASAP to avoid any possible issues.
How to Flash Blheli_32 Firmware
The video below shows you the process to flash new firmware to your Blheli_32 ESC. This is done via ESC Pass-through on with your ESC connected to your flight controller.
Please use the appropriate HEX file for your SpeedyBee ESC, depending if you have V2 or V2.1. Using the wrong firmware file may cause more issues so please make sure to use the correct version. Please find the HEX files in the attachment area below:
