The restock time for any given product can be found on the product page as shown below;
Products which are out of stock will show their estimated restock time when selected on the product page - these time frames may seem generic, but they are based on our internal procurement flow. For complete transparency on what the ETA means, it works like this:
- End-of-life products will show No Restock (EOL) or similar.
- Products which we currently do not have on order, or on a pending order will show 4+ weeks
- Products which we have on a pending order, but no finalised order, will show 2-4 weeks
- Products which we have on a finalised order will show 0-2 weeks
These are approximations, but they are based on exactly the same logic we use to manually provide approximate ETA's for out of stock items. The variance (e.g. 0-2 weeks rather than "exactly 5 days" or providing a specific date) is due to the variances we see between orders from any given manufacturer with their dispatch time, shipping times, various processing times etc. It is for this reason that we are typically unable to provide a more specific ETA than is advised on the product page.
