It happens to the best of us - sometimes, due to a glitch or a moment of confusion, you might find yourself with two identical orders in our system. Don't worry! We have solutions to help you resolve this situation quickly and easily.

Understanding Duplicate Orders

A duplicate order occurs when you've unintentionally placed the same order twice. This can happen due to:

  • Refreshing the page during checkout
  • Network connectivity issues
  • Other issues

How to Check for Duplicate Orders

  1. Log into your Unmanned Tech account
  2. Go to your Order History
  3. Look for two identical orders with the same items, placed close together in time.

Solutions for Duplicate Orders

We offer two main solutions, depending on the status of your orders:

1. For Orders Not Yet Shipped: Use the Modify Order Feature

If your duplicate order hasn't been shipped yet, you can cancel it using our Modify Order feature.

Steps:

  1. Log into your Unmanned Tech account
  2. Go to your Order History
  3. Find the duplicate order you wish to cancel
  4. Click on the 'Modify Order' button
  5. Select 'Cancel Order'
  6. Confirm your cancellation

Once cancelled, we'll process your refund according to your original payment method. This typically takes 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.

2. For Orders Already Shipped: Return Under Change of Mind Terms

If both orders have already been shipped, you can return one of them under our Change of Mind return policy.

Steps:

  1. Keep one order and prepare to return the other
  2. Visit our Returns Page: https://www.unmannedtechshop.co.uk/returns/
  3. Follow the instructions for a "Change of Mind" return
  4. Ship the duplicate order back to us using the provided return label

Once we receive and process your return, we'll issue a refund according to our Change of Mind policy. Please note that return shipping costs may apply.
