Frequently Asked Questions About Super Payments

1. Why Should I Use Super Payments?

Super Payments offers a streamlined and secure checkout process, often featuring faster authorisation and better fraud prevention compared to standard payment methods. It’s ideal for those looking for added security when making transactions online.

2. I Received an Error Saying "Something went wrong. No money has been taken from your account. Please try again." What Should I Do?

This error can occur when certain validation checks fail during your payment attempt. Here are some common reasons why this happens and what you should check:

  • Billing Address Verification: Ensure that the billing address you entered matches exactly with the one associated with your credit card. Mismatches in this information are a common cause for payment decline.

  • CVV Number Accuracy: Double-check the CVV number (the 3 or 4-digit security code on your card). An incorrect CVV can lead to transaction failure.

  • 3D Secure (3DS) Authentication: Confirm that the 3DS authentication is completed correctly, if prompted. This extra layer of security requires you to authenticate your transaction, often through a password or a code sent to your phone.

3. My Payment Was Declined, but I See a Charge on My Account. Why?

If your payment was declined but you still see a pending charge on your card, this is likely a pre-authorisation hold. Super Payments, like other payment methods, may reserve funds when you attempt to make a purchase. This pre-authorisation is automatically released by your card issuer within 3-7 days, depending on their policies.  For more details, please see Pending charge on my card and no order confirmation

4. Can I Use Super Payments Without Logging In?

Yes, Super Payments can be used for both logged-in and guest checkouts. However, using Super Payments while logged in can help streamline the process and reduce the chances of any errors. For more info please see Super Payments Support

5. What Can I Do if My Payment Fails Multiple Times?

If you encounter repeated issues while attempting to use your card via Super Payments, please:
  • Check Your Details: Verify that your billing address, CVV, and any other card details are correct.

  • Try Another Card or Payment Method: If possible, try using another card or a different payment method.

  • Contact Customer Support: If you are still having trouble, reach out to our customer support team for assistance. We can help investigate the issue further.

6. How Secure is Super Payments?

SuperPayments uses industry-standard encryption and multiple layers of authentication to protect your payment information. This includes 3D Secure (3DS), which adds an extra layer of protection by requiring verification from your card issuer during the checkout process.

7. Why Don't I See Super Payments as a Payment Option?

Super Payments may not be available for your order due to a few possible reasons:
  • Location Restrictions: SuperPayments is only available in certain regions. If you are located outside of the supported areas, you may not see it as an option.

  • Order Eligibility: Some products or order types may not be eligible for SuperPayments. This can include specific promotions or restricted items. If SuperPayments is not available, we recommend choosing another available payment method at checkout. For any questions, please reach out to our support tea
